Unlike all other digitising systems which rely on optical, pin or pressure mat scanners, Soletec’s unique scanning technology is the leading system that truly captures a 3D image of the foot for both footwear and prescriptive orthotics.

Optical or pressure mat systems can not do this, even though they “manipulate” the data to produce an on-screen image which looks 3D.
